1. Delivery Time

• Orders are processed within 24 hours after confirmation.

• Standard delivery time is 3–5 working days across Pakistan.

• Remote areas may take an additional 1–2 days.

2. Shipping Charges

• We offer Free Shipping on orders above PKR 3000.

• For orders below PKR 3000, a standard delivery fee of PKR 200 applies.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• All orders are shipped with Cash on Delivery (COD) option.

• Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel at the provided address.

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/Email to check your order status.
