Return and Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • We accept returns/exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, earbuds, headphones, and opened screen protectors/lens protectors cannot be returned once opened.

  • Sale items are not eligible for return/refund.

3. Wrong or Damaged Product

  • If you receive a wrong, defective, or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures.

  • We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (or via bank transfer for COD orders).

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are possible for size/model issues (e.g., wrong mobile cover size), subject to availability.

  • Customers may need to bear the return shipping cost unless the mistake was on our side.
